Tough year

I guess its official, Agfc has made a post that there will be special restrictions on the trout fishers in Arkansas due to the hatchery flooding and issues with federal hatcheries. The Spring River has not been stocked since April before the flood. There are still fish in the river but it would be a good time for cstch and release at least until stocking resumes and they get to big for the river. Just saying we have always and will always catch and release smallmouth bass and trout. We do eat walleye....
