Terrible forecast

Forecast is for flooding over the weekend. Was to start with thunderstorms Thursday evening. Few small rain showers so far. It was 90% chance of thunderstorms. Nothing. "Terrible forecast". It still has heavy rain in forecast. I will post if river conditions change!
