Smallmouth

We had a great time floating the smallmouth stretch on Thursday. Started at Many Islands and was all trout for the morning and when we hit the Myatt creek we started catching the smallies. A few over 20 smallies, 3 rock bass, and we broke off on some big walleye. One was right at the boat but he snapped the line before I could net him. The hot thing was spinning rod with berkley flicker shad. Going out next week with flies.

River still cloudy but fishing good. This weekend should be a great time to get on the river and have some fun. Just be safe!!
