Smallies

We had a hot day out on Wednesday. We floated the smallmouth stretch in the raft and caught several smallies. It was very hot out. We had to work for the strikes but had a couple of intense fights with more than one bass coming in. Smallmouth are so much fun on the fly. But ya have to work for them. Casting straight across with a strip and twitch bag is the way to go.
