Saturday was hot!

Hunter, Benjamin and I all had a great day on Saturday. Hunters boat got big fish prize. It looked like it was gonna rain all day and Benjamin and I both got caught in a heavy down pour. Today was slower on the bite for us.

The river is low and clear and we could use some rain. It has been getting tough getting over the falls when floating. Wading has been much easier.

The shop will be closed Sept 30 and Oct 1st. I will have someone in the shop Saturday on the 2nd. We leave for Michigan on Sept 26th. Gonna fish 3 days on the Pere Marquette. I will have a full report when I get back! Really excited to take Hunter on this trip. Benjamin is staying to do guide trips.
