Rain coming

The river has looked great the last week. After the snow melt the spring has come up some to 360 cfs with water clarity mostly clear with green tint. Over the last week the fishing has been tough. The wind has been strong lately. On Saturday and Sunday the hot fly was Y2ks. Today woollies were more productive.

Had a great float on Saturday with a young man that was about 7 yrs old with his grandpa. It never got above 35' all day and he stuck it out. At the end of the day he had 23 fish at Pa had about 20. He was very happy and so we're we.

I will keep everyone posted if river conditions change, lots of rain in forecast for Wednesday thru Thursday. Mainly rain with chance of winter precip. We don't really need anymore rain.
