Perfect weather

It's been really nice out this week. I had a last minute booking and we got out early Saturday morning and caught some fish. We were off the water by 11:30. Toward the end of the morning it was getting really busy on the water.

Catching has been good, hitting nymphs, woollies and eggs at times. The river is getting low and clear, so Hopper droppers have been really fun some days. I like to fish the hoppers on the hot sunny days. Cloudy days are for woollies with steamer action.

River looks great, 340 cfs and good water clarity. Rain in forecast next week may change things. Stay tuned!
