Murky

Something gave and river was murkier today. Catching fish on orange blossoms today. The river flow is at 520 cfs and water clarity is poor. The river is just about to clear up. We do not need anymore more rain!

I have floated the river from Dam 3 to Saddlers falls with no problems. River is really up so be extra careful out there. The river can be very unforgiving! Be tough wading so look for shallow calm areas.

They are working on Jim Hinkle fish hatchery getting it back up. There will be limited stocking I'm sure. The guys at Jim Hinkle work really hard to provide trout for our pleasure. If ya get a chance Thank Them! It hurts my heart to see the flood, but of course we will survive!
