Low and clear

The river is so low and clear it is getting hard to float down. It has actually made finding the fish easier for us. The fish are looking for the green deeper pools. Nymphs were hot for us last few days. We have been trying to get some big fish pictures but haven't got one in this week.

This is the time of year when leaves become a problem. I have found indicator fishing on windy, leafy days helps. It gets really hard to swing a fly. On the plus side the views are beautiful right now on the river!
