Last of the warm days


Thursday was awesome, it did take a bit to figure out to pull the midge off as the dropper and it was pure y2k magic after that. Both browns were on the y2k. Crazy fun day.

Friday the day before the front moves thru, was tough. We caught a bunch on y2ks, but I didnt feel like we had found the hot fly. Cold front moves thru overnight, and it gets cold for awhile. Temps in the 40s for awhile they say. That is perfect fishing temps. Bundle up and dress warm! If ya fall in find a dry place quick!

The river is low and green tinted. Looks like very low water levels for the winter season. That makes for easier wading. The river bottom is very slick. Be safe wading!
