We had a great day on Friday, my new minnow pattern and olive woolley were hot. Plenty of bows. This morning myself and all the guys, except for Hunter he was in the fly shop, were at Lassiter walkin with a great group of wonderful people. Had some first timers and we all got together to make sure everyone had a good time. Very tough fishing this morning. Handful a bows and browns caught with the sun beaming down and a ton of wisdom spread around on the art of fly fishing. Great video below of Shawn teaching the next generation.
The river looks great, finally getting easier to wade and clarity is good. On those sunny days gotta get down!
