We did get some much needed rain this week, but not enough to affect the river. It remains low and clear. Still catching bows and bass. Most days we get 1 large and 1 smallie, a type of sucker and plenty of rainbows. Today as a plus we did catch a cute little brown. Olive wolly was hot in the front and hopper dropper in the back with y2k dropper. On those bright sunny days hoppers work great with a y2k or nymph dropper. Early in the morning and on those overcast days a simple olive woolly or grandma's brownies are working great. With the low water cast down stream with a slow retrieve back upstream. Fun stuff!
