Ice cold!

River is low and clear!

I did get out at dam 1 in town and caught a shad and one nice bow. On size 12 ruby midge like fly. They didn't want my streamer. After about 20 minutes of fishing my rod hand started burning. I think it's so cold ya skip getting cold and numb and go straight to frost bite! Side roads covered, hwy 63 was mostly clear.
