Hot out!

Dang, its hot out there! Be safe, luckily the river is ice cold! River looks great, not much rain here has things drying out. We could use a little.

Still catching lots of bows, wollies or what ever ya wanna use usually works. If the sun is blaring, get it down. Or fish early and quit at lunch has worked great for us this summer. I was up at 5am this morning and the weather was fall like!

The smallies are really biting good. Big olive woollies, clousers or just plain hair jigs work great. The smallmouth bass will be about the strongest fish for its size on the fly. Fun stuff!
