Great day on the Spring River

Over the last few days we have had a steady rain. I was very surprised to arrive at dam 3 this morning and the river is low and clear. It looks fantastic. I had a great couple with me this morning and the bite was on! White lightning was definitely the hot fly for us. After all that rain the river looks good and the fish were biting. Life is good! We caught a bunch of bows but this little brown may have been the cutest of the morning!
