We got out on Wednesday morning trying to beat the storm and it kinda of caught us right at the last mile. We did get soaked but had a great morning on the water. Olive woollies were the hot flies for the day. I was up late the night before tying cracklebacks and they didnt work. Caught a bunch of really nice size bows that were recently released. Chunks.

The Spring is running at 450 cfs, 350 avg and water clarity has been poor. With all the rain lately the river has had a murkiness to it. It has not hurt the bite. Catching smallies, bows and some browns. This is the time to get out before the stocking schedule ramps up getting ready for summer. The guys are open and ready, this is the time for big uns!

The lake above dam 1 was refilled today. If you were on the water it might have lowered for a bit.
