Flood warning

Getting wat to much rain overnight. Inch and a half of rain so far, more north west of us, and that's the area that feeds the river. We really needed the rain, just getting more than we need, more storms tonight. Before rain river gage at Spring was at 220 cfs, it's rising at 480 cfs now. Someone turn off the water!
