Fish early!

River is looking good this week. The last few days water clarity has been heavily green tinted this week. Not sure why. Hasnt hurt the bite. The river levels have been dropping for the first time in months. The river has been up for so long as it drops out the trout have been hitting great.

Olive woollies, grandmas brownie, and orange blossom special have been the hot flies. We have been swinging flies and at the end of the swing strippping the fly back in short fast strips and catching a lot of trout with that technique.

Going on guide trip with Hunter Ray Crawford today. Another practice run teaching him all of my tricks. He has my big raft now and is guiding. Hope to have some great pics.

Here are some from Tuesday.
