Fish deep

The river is slowly starting to clear up. It came down to 415 cfs from 436 cfs. Water clarity still is murky. Taking awhile to clear up this time. The trout are biting down deep. Today we got a few chases but still little slow. Ya know your in for a different day when the first 2 fish are pickerel, not sure if they were chain pickerel or grass pickerel. Really got into a bunch of largemouth early in the morning too. They were chasing baitfish and hitting hard. All of the fish were safely released today. 1 nice brown, several small bows, 2 Goggle eye, 2 pickerel and several really nice bass. Was hoping to catch some smallies but not today.

River is ready for fishing, just be safe when wading!
