Cold but nice day out.

The river is up pretty good and is has poor water clarity. I had the pleasure of fishing with Atsuko a long time friend. We did not do well in the morning with only 2 trout, after lunch we did much better with close to 20 trout for the day. It was very tough to get a bite. Had to cast upstream and get it down to the bottom. I used a 8wt with sink tip for a bit but never got a strike on it. Y2ks and olive woollies were the hot flies of the day. We had a great time and a lot of laughs.

Not sure what kinda weather is coming next few days. Some say snow, some say rain. I'm hoping for snow.....
