A good day!

It was another hot sunny day and it started slow. Got a few bites then we tried teasing the fish. Cast across stream, let the fly get to the bottom then start working it back up from the bottom. The trout would slam it as it came up off the bottom. Olive woolly all day. I'm sure the trout thought there were a bunch of sculpin running for the surface. It did get hot but we caught fish all day. Some really nice rainbows, 2 browns and there was a big brown seen chasing the fly.

Not sure about the weather the rest of the week. Might rain... I dont think anyone knows for sure yet. It is very dry here and the area can handle a couple of inches of rain. I will keep everyone posted.
